Our mobile OTs provide expert care across Melbourne, delivering therapy, assessments, and equipment solutions directly to clients' homes. We support people of all ages through NDIS, Home Care Packages, and private services, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Home Care Package (HCP)

We help older adults stay independent at home by recommending essential modifications like grab rails, ramps, and the right equipment. 

We work closely with clients and care providers to ensure our seniors stay happy, healthy and independent.  

NDIS

We support NDIS participants in achieving their goals by providing therapy for a range of physical and mental health conditions. Our services include tailored interventions, capacity-building therapy, equipment prescription, minor home modifications, and comprehensive reports to support funding and planning. 

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

We conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate a person’s functional abilities, strengths, and support needs. These reports help inform NDIS plans, funding applications, and goal setting for long-term independence. 

Paediatric OT (Ages 5 and Up)

We assist children with developing essential life skills, fine and gross motor abilities, and social participation. Our therapy is tailored to support self-care, behaviour strategies, school support and overall confidence.

Minor Home Modifications

We provide practical home modifications, such as grab rails, ramps, and bathroom adjustments, to improve accessibility and safety. We assess the home environment and work with trusted suppliers to implement changes.

Equipment Prescription & Powered Mobility Devices

We prescribe assistive technology, including scooters, powered wheelchairs, walkers, bathroom aids, and recliners, to enhance safety and mobility. Our team ensures each item is carefully selected, trialled, and tailored to the individuals needs and goals.
